The said Sherrf to wit John Gresham Gentl now here at this Day to wit
the fifteenth Day of November Anno Dom. seventeen hundred twenty
& Six Makes return that he hath here ready twelve &c.a as by his precept
he was Commanded And now here afterwards to wit the Day and year
last Mentioned Came again the afd Lord prop.ry by Tench Francis
his Clk of Indictments afd as also the afd Dominick Kenslaugh
in his proper person And the Jurors of that Jury being impanelled
and Called likewise Came to wit John Woodall, Robert Dunn Jun.r
Benjamin Ricaud, W.m Dean, Nicholas Riley, James Wyatt, John
Blackiston, John Maccay, Vincent Itatcheson, Laughlin fflin, George
Dening Thomas Hynson Jun.r who being duly Elected tryed and Sworn
to say the truth in the premisses upon their Oath do say that the aforesaid
Dominick is not guilty of the premisses above upon him imposed as by the
afd Information it is alledged and by John Woodall their foreman all
so Say Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at the Court
house in the Town of Chester in said County this fifteenth Day of November
Anno Dom. seventeen hundred twenty and six that the afd Dominick as
to the Information afd he go thereof without Day and be there from acquitted
Also it is Considered that the said Dominick pay the sum of One thousand
Six hundred and four pounds of Tobacco Costs accruing on the premisses
afd

    Elinor Carveck comes into Court upon her Corporall Oath adminestred to her
on the Holy Evangalists of Almighty God proves that She hat attended this
Court for the space of five Days as an Evidence for his Lordship against the
afd Dominick Kenslaugh being thereto Lawfully Sumoned Whereupon
the said Dominick is ordered to pay to the afd Elinor Carveck the sum of one
hundred and fifty pounds of Tobbo for her Attendance afd according to Act
of Assembly in that Case made and provided

    Samuel Andrews comes into Court upon his Corporall Oath adminestred to him
on the Holy Evangilists of Almighty God proves that he hat attended this Court
for the space of five Days as an Evidence for his Lordship against the afd
Dominick Kenslaugh being thereto Lawfully Summoned Whereupon
the said Dominick is ordered to pay unto the afd Samuel the sum of
