    Kent County fs.t Memorand.m that Tench Francis Gentl Attorney of the Right
Honourable the Lord proprietary that now is for the County afd who for the same
Lord Prop.ry in this part prosecuteth Doth come here into Kent County Court
before Lambert Wilmer Esq.r and his Associates his said Lordships Justices
of the same County Court to wit at New Town in the County afd the twenty first
Day of June Anno Dom. seventeen hundred twenty and Six and for the same
Lord prop.ry doth give the Court here to understand and be Inform'd That Dom.k
Kenslaugh late of S.t pauls parish in the County afd Labourer the twentieth
Day of March Anno Dom. seventeen hundred twenty and five at the parish
afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court having been duely
admonished by the vestry men of the same parish in the afd County did afterwards
to wit, the twenty first Day of Aprill Anno Dom. seventeen hundred
twenty and six And at Divers other times as well before as since the afd
twentieth Day of March at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction
afd as a fornicator frequent the Company of a Certain Katharine
Kelley of the afd parish and County Spinster contrary to the form of the Act
of Assembly in that Case made and provided and against the peace of the
said Lord prop.ry that now is his good rule and Dignity &c.a Wherefore the
same Lord prop.ry Attorney of the said Lord prop.ry for the same Lord prop.ry
prayeth the Advice of the Court here in the premisses and due process of Law
in this part to be made against the afd Domin.k to Answer unto the said
Lord prop.ry of and upon the premisses &c.a

    And the afd Dominick Kenslaugh in his proper person Comes and Saith
that he is in no sort guilty of the premisses above upon him imposed as by the
afd Information it is alledged and thereof he putteth himself upon the County
                                                               Dominick Kenslaugh in p.a psona

    And he who followeth for the Lord prop.ry in like manner saith he
is guilty                                                    Tench Francis p.a L.d prop.ry

    Thereupon Command was given to the Sherrf of Kent County that he
immediately Cause to Come here tw^e^lve &c.a by whom &c.a who neither &c.a
to recognize &c.a because as well &c.a of which said precept
