Dominick Kenslaugh
The said Dominick Kenslaugh having
Entered into Recognizance at last
^Aug.st^ Court for his appearance to this Court
to answer unto an Information found against him for fornication and
in the mean time to be of good behaviour And now at this Court the said
Dominick having appeared ordered that his Recognizance and his Suretys
Recognizances be discharged

    Dominick Kenslaugh of Kent County planter at this ^last^ Court as afd Acknowledged
himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland
in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling Money of great Brittain to be Leveyed
&c.a Conditionally that if he should not make his personall appearance before
our said Justices at Our then next Court to be held for our said County at
the Court house in the Town of Chester in said ^Kent^ County to Answer unto an
Information found against him for fornication and that if in the mean
time he should not be of good behaviour And now at this Court here to wit
the fifteenth Day of November Anno Dom. seventeen hundred twenty & Six
the said Dominick having appeared his said Recognizance is discharged
also            Samuel Gooden and Daniel Dulahuntee both of Kent
County planters at last Court as afd Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto
the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sum of ten pounds
Sterling Money of Great Brittain each to be Leveyed of their goods and Chattles
Lands and Tenem.ts Conditionally that if the afd Dominick Kenslaugh
should not make his personal appearance at the then next Court to be hold for
said County at the Court house in the Town of Chester in s.d County to Answer
unto an Information found against him for fornication And that if in
the mean time the afd Dominick should not be of good behaviour And
now at this Court to wit the fifteenth Day of November Anno Dom. seventeen
hundred twenty & Six the said Dominick having appeared the afd
Samuel Gooden and Daniel Dulahuntee their Recognizances and
either of them is discharged
