Case lately made and provided Also it is Considered by the afd Justices here
that the afd Katharine pay the Sume of Six hundred seventy two
pounds of Tobacco Costs accrueing On the premisses ^afd^ to the Officers of this
Court

    Thomas Jones at last June Court having Entered into Recognizance
for the afd Katharine Banks's appearance to answer to at the then
next August Court to Answer to an Information found against her
for fornication with a Negro and good behaviour which Recogniz.cs
was Continued from the said August Court untill this Court And now
at this Court the said Katharine appearing Ordered that the said Tho.s
Jones ^his^ Recognizance be discharged

    Thomas Jones of Kent County planter at last June Court as afd
acknowledged himself Indebted unto y.e Lord prop.ry of this province
of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl to be Leveyed &c.a
Conditionally that if the said Katherin Banks Should not make
her personal appearance at the then next August Court to Answ.r
unto an Information found against her for fornication with a Negroe
and if that in the mean time She Should not be of good Behaviour
which Recognizance was Continued untill the third Teusday of Nov.r
then next following at which said third Teusday of November being
the fifteenth Day of s.d Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred &
twenty Six the ^said^ Katherin banks haveing appeared the s.d Thomas
Jones his Recogniz.c is Discharged

    Ordered by the Court here that y.e s.d Katherin ^Banks^ find Security for to Deliver
her up to y.e County Court or unto the Sherfs Custody after the Expiration of her
present Service                                                                     Thereupon Peter
Massey and Thomas Jones both of Kent County planters and present here
in Court in their proper persons acknowledge themselves Indebted unto in the
two fold Sum of two thousand pounds of Tob.o each to be made and Leveyed
of their ^goods & Chattles^ Lands and Tenem.ts for the use of Kent County Conditionally that if
they shall not deliver the said Katharine Banks up into the Custody of
the Sherrf of Kent County (or Up to the County Court) at the Expiration of
her present Service (She now being a Servant to a Certain Will.m Ellis)
