he Immediatly Cause to Come here twelve &c.a by whome &c.a who neither &c.a to Recogniz.c
&c.a because as well &c.a of which s.d precept the s.d Sherrf to wit John Gresham Gent
now here at this Day to wit the twenty y.e Ninth Day of September Anno Dom.
Seventeen hundred and twenty Six makes Return that he hath here ready
twelve &c.a as by his precept he was Commanded And now here afterward to wit
the Day and year last mentioned Come again the afd Lord prop.ry by Tench
Francis his Clk of Indictments ^as^ also y.e s.d John Willson in his proper
person and the Jurors of that Jury being Impanelled and Called likewise
Came to wit Thomas Piner, William Crow, Thomas Hynson Sen.r, Joseph Reed,
Arthur Foreman, William Dean, William Woodland, John Hall, John
Brooks, Samuel Norris, James Wyatt, Giffith Jones, who being Duely
Elected tryed and Sworn to Say that truth on the primisses upon their oath
Do say that John Wilson is not Guilty as by the afd Information it is
alledged Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at the Court house
in the Town of Chester in s.d County this twenty Ninth Day of Septemb.r
Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred and twenty Six that the afd
John Wilson as to the Information afd he go thereof without Day and
be therefrom acquitted also it is Considered that the s.d John pay the Sume
of Seven hundred and Eighty Seven pound of Tob.o Costs Accrueing on the
premisses afd to the officers of this Court

One with force and Arms &c at the parish afd in the County afd and within
the Jurisdiction of this Court one hogg of the price of one hundred pounds
of Tobacco of the goods and Chattels of a Certain William Boyer then and
there being found then and there felloniously did steal take drive
and lead away Contrary to the peace of the said Lord prop.ry that now
