205 And the afd Robert Alexander in his proper person Comes and Saith that he Can not Gainsay the Information afd so as afd against him brought nor Can he Say Imposed as by the afd Information it is alledged & thereupon Submitts to the Court Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at the Courthouse in the Town of Chester in s.d County this twenty Eighth Day of September Anno Dom Seventeen hundred and twenty Six that the s.d Robert Alexander pay the Sume of two Shillings and Six pence Curr.t money of Maryland as a fine for his afd offence of Committing an Assault and Batery in form afd Confesst as also that he pay the Sume of one hundred and Eighty four pounds of Tobacco Costs accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court Jam.s Smith Clk And now here afterward to wit the same Day and year afd Cause y.e afd Robert Alexander into Court and paid y.e fine in the Judgment afd to Sher of Kent County Edward Scott of Kent County Gent is Sworn Concerning a Breach of the peace between John Ambrose and Thomas Gresham upon which the Court ord.rs M.r Tench Francis Clk of Indictments to Exhibit Informations against both The Court adjorns till to Morrow Morning at Eight of the Clock
