that he was abused by M.r Robert Alexander y.e s.d Robert
Alexander appears and George Hastins and and Richard Marshall
are Sworn Concerning s.d abuse

Gent Attorney of the Right honourable the Lord
prop.ry that now is for the County afd who for the
Same Lord prop.ry in this part prosecuteth Doth
Come here into his Said Lordships County Court of Kent County afd the
twenty Seventh Day of Sep.r in the year of our Lord God one thousand
Seven hundred and twenty Six in his proper person and for the Same
Lord prop.ry Doth give the Court here to understand and be Informed that
Robert Alexander of S.t pauls parish in the County afd Gentleman
the twenty Seventh Day of Septemb.r Anno Dom Seventeen hundred
twenty & Six at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction
of this Court in and upon a Certain John Wilson in the peace of God and
of the s.d Lord prop.ry then and there being with force and Arms and assault
Did make and him the s.d John then and there Did beat wound and evilly
treat so that of his life it was much Dispaired and other harms to
him then and there Did to the Great Damage of the s.d John and against
the peace of the said Tench Francis prayeth the Advice of the Court
here in the premisses for the s.d Lord prop.ry and that Due process of
Law may Issue against the s.d Robert in this part to Answer unto the s.d
Lord prop.ry of and upon the premisses
