the s.d Dom.k Kenslaugh Doth Acknowledge himself to be Content

against John Atkins James Clark Bartho.w Collins & John Adams

Ordered by the Court here that the afd Thomas Jones
Enter into Recogniz.c with Good security for his appearance
at next Court to Answer unto what Shall be objected
against him on his Lordships behalf and Good Behaviour

    Thereupon Thomas Jones of Kent County planter present herein
Court in his proper person doth Acknowledge himself Indebted unto the
Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the
Sume of thirty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed
of his Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for y.e use of the said
Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he Shall not
make his personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court
to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester
in the Same County on the third Teusday of November next ensueing
to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lordships
behalf and if that in the mean time he s.d Thomas Shall not be of good
Behaviour wherewith the s.d Thomas Jones Doth Acknowledge himself
to be Content                                                also

    John Walls and John Mecay both of Kent County planters and
present herein Court in th^e^ proper persons do Acknowledge themselves
Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of
Maryland in the Sume of fifteen pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain
to be made and Leveyed of their Several Goods and Chattells Lands
& Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs & Successors
Conditionally that if the afd Thomas Jones Shall not make his
personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held
for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the Same
County on the third Teusday of Nov.r next Ensueing to Answer unto what
