 John Evans
The afd John Evans haveing Entered into Recogniz.c
at last Court for his appearance at this Court to
Answer unto an Indictment found against him
for adultery and Good Behaviour and now at this Court the s.d John haveing
appeareing ordered that his Recognizance be Discharged

    John Evans of Kent County Gentl at last Court as afd Acknowledged
himself Indebted unto y.e Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland
in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed
of his Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for y.e use of the said
Lord prop.ry his heirs & Successors Conditionally that if he Should not
make his personal appearance before the Justices of the then next
Court to be held for s.d County to Answer unto an Indictment found against
him for adultery and if that in the mean time he Should not be of
Good Behaviour and now at this Court to wit the Sixteenth Day of
August Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty Six the s.d John
appeareing his Recognizance is Discharged

    Daniel Dullahunty haveing Entered into Recogniz.c at last
Court for the appearance of Elizabeth Paskell as an Evidence against
the s.d John Evans and now at this Court y.e s.d Eliz.a appearing ordered
that his Recog.c be Discharged

    Daniel Dullahunty of Kent County planter at last Court as
afd Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province
of Maryland in the Sume of five pounds Sterl to be Leveyed of his
Goods & Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of y.e s.d Lord prop.ry
his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Elizabeth
Paskell Sho^ul^d not make her personal appearance before the Justices
of the then next Court to be held for s.d County as an Evidence against
the s.d John Evans and now at this Court to wit the Sixteenth Day of
Aug.st Anno Dom. 1726 the s.d Eliz.a Paskell appearing y.e s.d Daniel
Dullahuntys Recog.c is Discharged

    Kent County fs.t The Jurors for the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry
that now is for the Body of Kent County afd upon their oath Do
present that John Evans Late of S.t pauls parish in the County
