Thereupon M.r John Austin of Kent County and present here in Court in his proper person Doth acknowledge himself Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of his Goods & Chattels Land and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Eliz.a Clark Shall not make her personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the Same County on the third Teusday of November next Ensueing to Answ.r unto an Indictment found against her for fornication and if that in the mean Time She y.e Same Eliz.a Shall not be of Good Behaviour wherewith y.e s.d John Austin is Content
