    Ordered by the Court here that the Sher of Kent County Keep the afd John
Nanscoyne in safe Custody untill he Shall Satisfie the fine & fees in the Judgm.t
afd Specified in the whole amounting to the Sume of thirteen hundred and
Sixty Eight pounds of Tobacco

for his Appearance here Dureing Court Sitting to
answer to an Information ^for^ fornication and Good

in Safe Custody untill he Shall Enter as afd

    Thereupon Dominick Kenslaugh of Kent County planter Acknowledges
himself indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the
Sume of twenty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be Levey'd of his
Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for y.e use of y.e s.d Lord prop.ry his
heirs &c.a Conditionally that if he Shall not make his personal appearance
here at any time Dureing this Court Sitting to Answer to an Information
for fornication and in the mean time to be of Good Behaviour wherewith
the s.d Dominick is Content                                                also

    Charles Gaffut and Daniel Dullahuntey both of Kent County planter
Do Acknowledge themselves indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province
of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain
each to be Levey'd of their Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for y.e
use of y.e said Lord prop.ry his heirs &c.a Conditionally that if the afd
Dom.k Kenslaugh Shall not make his personal appearance here at
any time Dureing this Court Sitting to answer to an Information for
