183 Dominick Kenslaugh of Kent County planter at this Court as afd Acknowledged himself indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be Levey'd &c.a Conditionally that if he Should not make his personal appearance before the Justices of this Court At any time Dureing the Same Sitting to Answer to An Information for fornication and in the mean time to be of good Behaviour and now the s.d Dominick haveing appeared his Recognizance is Discharged also Charles Gaffut and Daniel Dullahuntey both of Kent County planters at this Court as afd Acknowledged themselves indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling money of great Brittain Each to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if the afd Dominick Kenslaugh Should not make her personal appearance before y.e Justices of this Court at any time Dureing the Same Sitting to Answer to an Information for fornication and in the mean time to be of Good Behav.r and now the s.d Dom.k Kenslaugh haveing appeared the s.d Cha.s Gaffut and Dan.l Dullahuntey their Recognizances and Either of them is Discharged
against her for fornication with a Negroe
of M.r John Gresham now Sher of Kent County for his appearance at the next Assizes to be held for K.t County to Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lordships behalf on Suspicion of felony Ordered by the Court here that John Nanscoyn Enter into Recognizance for ^his^ appearance at next Assizes as an Evidence against the s.d Richard May Thereupon |
