    James Bostick of Kent County planter at the Same Day as afd before
the afd Lambert Wilmer Acknowledged himself Indebted unto his Lordship
his heirs and Successors in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling money of
Great Brittain to be Levey'd &c.a Conditionally that if the afd John
Nancoyn Should not make his personal appearance before y.e Justices of
this Court to Answer unto what Should be objected against him for false
packing a Hogs head of Tob.o and now here at this Court the s.d John haveing
appeared the s.d James his Recognizance is Discharged

    George Lineger and William Pearce both of Kent County planters at
the Same time as afd before the afd Lambert Wilmer Acknowledged themselves
indebted in the Sume of five pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain
^Each^ to be Levey'd of their Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use
of y.e s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs &c.a Conditionally that if they Should
not make their personal appearance before the Justices of this Court
as Evidences against the s.d John Nanscoyn and now here at this Court
the s.d George & William appearing their Recognizances and Either
of them is Discharged

    Kent County fs.t Memorandum that Tench Francis Gentl Attry of the Right
Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry that now is for the County afd who for the Same
Lord prop.ry in this part followeth in his proper person Doth Come
herein to Kent County Court at new Town in Kent County afd the first
Day of June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty Six and for the
Same Lord prop.ry Doth give the Court here to understand and be informed
that John Nanscoyne late of Shrewsbury parish in Kent County afd planter
on the tenth Day of Mary Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred twenty and
Six at Shrewsbury parish afd in the af County within the Jurisdictions
of this Court had y.e possession and Government of a place where Tobacco
is made and that the Same John Nanscoyne then and there wittingly
willingly fallaciously and Deceitfully Did Conceal and hide Ground leaves
and trashy frostbitten tobacco together with Stalks and Stems of old Decay'd
Tobacco in the inward parts of an hoggshead of Tobacco when the Generallity
