Daniel Pearkins and John Sutton at last November Court
Entered into Recognizance for the afd Negro Tony's appearce
at the then next March Court and he Not appearing at
March Court their Recognizances was Continued untill y.e
the then next June Court and now here at y.e afd June Court the s.d Negro Tony
appearing ordered that the s.d Dan.l & John their Recogniza^n^ces be Discharged

    Daniel Pearkins and John Sutton both of Kent County planters At
last November Court as afd Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto y.e Right
Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of his province of Maryland in the Sume of twenty
pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain Each to be Levey'd of their Goods and
Chattels Lands & Tenements Conditionally that if the afd Negroe Tony Should
be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and in the mean time to be
of Good Behaviour And the s.d Negroe Tony not appearing at the afd March
Court their Recognizances was Continued untill the then next June June Court
and here at y.e afd June Court the said Negroe Tony haveing appeared the
s.d Dan.l Pearkins and John Sutton their Recognizances and Either of them
is Discharged

    John Nanscoyn at the Day and year afd before the afd Lambert Wilmer
acknowledged himself Indebted unto his Lordships his heirs & Successors
in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be
Leveyed of his Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements Conditionally
