Katherine Banks in Safe Custody for her appearance Dureing Court

    The said Katherine being Comitted into the Sherf.s Custody for her appear.c
Dureing Court Sitting and now appearing ordered that She be Discharged
from said Committment

    Katherine Banks of Kent County Spinster at this Court as afd was
Committed into the Custody of the Sher of Kent County for her appearance
Dureing Court Sitting and now the s.d Katherine haveing appeared She
is Discharged from s.d Committment

 A writt haveing Issued against the s.d Eliz.a Clark at His
Lordships Suite to Answer to an Indictment for fornication
the Sher of Kent County to whome the s.d writt was Directed
makes Return thereof to this Court here on the third Teusday of June
being the twenty first Day of s.d Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred
and twenty Six the Day of Return of s.d writt Endorst as foll.s viz.t
                                   Cepi Corpus p Fred.k Hanson Sher

    And there being Solemn proclamation made to the afd Sher to bring
into Court the body of the afd Elizabeth Clark according to the Return of
the writt afd and the s.d Sher Doth not bring her in nor Doth the said
Elizabeth appear Thereupon the s.d Sher viz.t Fred.k Hanson Gentl high
Sher is amerced in the Sume of three Shillings and four pence Curr.t money
of Maryland unless he bring the s.d Elizabeth here next Court
