Custody and Execute the punishment in the Judgment afd Specified and
afterwards ^to^ bring her into Court again of which precept the s.d ^Sher to wit^ John Gresham
Gentl high Sher of Kent County makes Return on the Day & year last
said that he hath Executed the s.d Judgment and also hath here the
said Mary Burymon before the Court

    Ordered by the Court here that the afd Mary Burymon Serve M.r
W.m Frisby on his assignes / after her present Service is Expired / the
Space of Eight Months for his trouble in keeping her Child and the
Disgrace of his house

found against her for fornication The
Sher of Kent County to whome the s.d writt was
Directed makes Return thereof to this Court here on the third Teusday of June
being the twenty first Day of s.d Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred
and twenty Six the Day of Return of s.d writt Endorst as foll.s viz.t

    Kent County fs.t The Jurors for the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry that now is
for the Body of Kent County afd upon their oath Do present that Mary
Ryle of Shrewsbury parish in the  County afd Spinster the first Day of
October Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty five at the parish
afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court Did Commit fornication
with a Certain person to the Jurors afd unknown and Did permit
the Same unknown person then and there to have Carnal knowledge
of her Body and to begett then and there a Bastard Child on the Body of her
the same Mary to the high Displeasure of Almighty God to y.e Evill Example
of all others in Such Case offending Contrary to y.e peace of the s.d Lord prop.ry
that now is his Good Rule and Government & against the form of the Act of
Assembly in Such Case made and provided &c

    On the Back of y.e preceeding Indictment was as foll.s viz.t
                A true Bill p.r Sam.l Wickes foreman

    And the afd Mary Ryle in her proper person Comes and Saith that She
