that of the afd Maurice Carty Should not make his personal appearance before
the Justices of our then next Court to be held for s.d County at the Court house in y.e
Town of Chester to Answer unto what Should be objected against him on his
Lordships behalf and if that in the mean time he Should not be of Good
Behaviour and now at this Court to wit the twenty first Day of June Anno
Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty Six the s.d Maurice Carty haveing
appeared the s.d Dan.l Dullahuntey and John Willson their Recognizances
and Either of them is Discharged

    Thomas Strong of Kent County planter at last Court as afd Acknowledged
himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland
in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to Leveyed
of his Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if
the afd Elizabeth Carr Should not make her personal appearance before
the Justices of our then next Court to be held for s.d County at the Court house in
the Town of Chester and Now at this Court the s.d Elizabeth Carr haveing
appeared the s.d Tho.s Strong his Recognizance is Discharged

The said John Evans haveing Entered into Recognizance at
last Court for his appearance at this Court to answer to an
Indictment found ag.st him for Adultery and in the mean
time to be of Good Behaviour and now at this Court y.e s.d John
haveing appeared ordered that his Recognizance be Discharged

    John Evans of Kent County Gentl at last Court as afd Acknowledged himself
Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume
of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of his Goods &
Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs &c.a
Conditionally that if he Should not make his personal appearance before
