and twenty Six that the afd Katherine Hopkins pay the Sume of Six hundred
pounds of Tobacco as a fine for her afd Offence of Committing fornication
in form afd Confest to be applyed for the use of this County according to Act
of Assembly &c.a and the Sume of four hundred and twenty Six pounds
of Tobacco Costs Accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court

    Ordered by the Court here that the Sher of Kent County keep the s.d Kath.n
Hopkins in Safe Custody untill She Shall Satisfie the fine and fees in
the Judgment afd Specified in the whole amounting to the Sume of one
thousand and Twenty Six pounds of Tob.o

ordered that his Recognizance & his Suretys Recog.cs be Discharged

    Maurice Carty of Kent County planter at last Court as afd Acknowledged
himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in
the Sume of twenty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of
his Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry
Conditionally that he Should not make his personal appearance before
the Justices of our then next Court to be held for s.d County at the Court house
in the Town of Chester to Answer unto what Should be objected against
him on his Lordships behalf and if that in the mean time he Should
not be of Good Behaviour and now at this Court to wit the twenty first
Day of June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty Six the s.d Maurice
haveing appeared his Recognizance is Discharged                                also

    Daniel Dullahuntey and John Willson both of Kent County and
present here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted
unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of
ten pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain ^Each^ to be Levey'd of their Goods
and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry Conditionally
