157 Thereupon Thomas Strong of Kent County planter ^present here in Court in his pper pson^ acknowledgeth himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl money of great Brittain to be made and Levey'd of his Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for y.e use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Elizabeth Carr Shall not make her personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the Same County on the third Teusday of June next ensueing wherewith the s.d Tho.s Strong is Content
in his proper person Doth Acknowledge himself Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be made and Levey'd of his Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he the Same John Shall not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the Same County on the third Teusday of June next Ensueing to Answer to Answer to an Indictment for Comitting a Dultery and if that in the mean time he Shall not be of Good Behaviour wherewith the s.d John Evans Doth Acknowledge himself to be Content
