March Court 1725 Elizabeth in safe Custody untill She Shall Enter as afd Thereupon Daniel Dullahuntey of Kent County planter present here in Court in his proper person doth Acknowledge himself indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be made and Levey'd of his Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Elizabeth Passkell Shall not make her personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in y.e Same County on the third Teusday of June next Ensueing to Answer unto an Indictment for fornication and if that in y.e mean time She the Same Elizabeth Passkell Shall not be of Good Behaviour wherewith the afd Dan.l Dullahuntey is Content
hundred and twenty Six at the parish afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court one Roundlet of the price of Eighteen pence Curr.t money of Maryland of the Goods and Chattels of a Certain George Hastins then and there being found then and there feloniously Did Steal take & bare away Contrary to the peace of the s.d Lord prop.ry that now is his Good Rule and Government and against the form of the Act of Assembly in Such Case made and provided &c T Francis Cler. pac. On the back of the preceeding Indictment was as follows viz.t Testes Geo. Hastins & Uxor, also, A true bill p Sam.l Wilkes foreman And the afd Thomas Winn is his proper person Cometh & Saith that he is in no Sort guilty of the premisses above upon him Imposed as by y.e afd Indictment it is alledged & thereupon he putteth himself upon y.e Country Tho.s Winn in p.a psona also |
