155 in Court in his proper person Doth Acknowledge himself Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be made and Levey'd of his Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of the said Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successor Conditionally that he the Same Maurice Shall not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the Coty afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in y.e Same County on the third Teusday of June next ensueing and if that in the mean time he Shall not be of Good Behaviour wherewith the s.d Maurice Carty Doth Acknowledge himself to be Content also Daniel Dullahunty and John Willson both of Kent County and and present here in Court in their proper persons Do Acknowledge themselves indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be made and Levey'd of their Severall Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Maurice Carty Shall not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for Kent County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the Same County on the third Teusday of June next Ensueing & if that in the mean time he the Same Maurice Shall not be of good Behaviour wherewith the Same Dan.l Dullahunty & Jn.o Willson are Content
