Elizabeth Alford Sworn and Sent as an Evidence to the Grand Jury

 His Lordship

Bowles Green
The s.d Bowles Green haveing Entered into Recog.c
at last Court for his appearance and Good behaviour
to this Court and now the s.d Bowles
haveing appeared ordered that his Recog.c and
his Suretys Recog.cs be Discharged

    Bowles Green of Kent County planter at last Court as afd Acknowledged
himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland
in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterl money to be Levey'd &c.a
Conditionally that if he Should not make his personal appearance
before the Justices of the then next Court to be held for Kent County at y.e
Court house in the Town of Chester and ^if y.t^ in the mean time he ^should not^ be of
good Behaviour and now at this Court to wit the twenty Eighth Day
of Aprill Anno Dom. 1726 y.e s.d Bowles Green appearing his
Recognizance is Discharged                                                also

    Robert Green and Daniel Flinn both of Kent County planters at
last Court as afd Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry
of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling
Each to be Levey'd &c.a Conditionally that if the afd Bowles Green Should
not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the then
next Court to be held for Kent County at the Court house in the Town
of Chester and if that in y.e mean time y.e afd Bowles Green Should
not be of Good Behaviour and now at this Court to wit the twenty Eighth
Day of Aprill Anno Dom. 1726 y.e s.d Bowles Appearing y.e s.d Rob.t
Green & Dan.l Flinn their Recog.cs and either of them is Discharged

Ordered by the Court here that the afd Maurice Carty
Enter into Recognizance with Good Security for his
appearance and Good Behav.r to next Court and
that the Sher of Kent County keep him the s.d Maurice in Safe Custody
untill he Shall Enter as afd
