Answer unto what Shall be objected against her
on his Lordships behalf and Good Behaviour and that the Sher of Kent
County keep her the s.d Kath.n in safe Custody untill She Shall Enter as afd
Thereupon Katherin Hopkins of Kent County Spinster present here in
Court in her proper person Doth Acknowledge herself Indebted unto the
Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume
of twenty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be made and Levey'd
of her Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of the s.d
Lord prop.ry his heirs & Successors Conditionally that if She the Same
Katherin Shall not make her personal appearance before y.e Justices
of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town
of Chester in the same County on the third Teusday of June next ensueing
to Answer unto what Shall be objected against her on his Lordships behalf
and if that in the mean time She Shall not be of Good Behaviour wherewith
y.e s.d Kath.n Hopkins Doth Acknowledge her Self to be Content        also

    Charles Smith and Robert Ivey both of Kent County afd and present
here in Court in their proper person do acknowledge themselves Indebted
unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland
in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be made
and Levey'd of their Several Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the
use of y.e s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the
