to be held for Kent County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester
in the Same County on the third Teusday of June next Ensueing to
Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lordships behalf
and if that in the mean time he y.e Same Dominick Shall not
be of good Behaviour wherewith the Same John Willson and Daniel
Dullahuntey are Content

Ordered by the Court here that the afd John Jones
Enter into Recognizance with good Security for his
appearance at next Court to Answer unto an Indictment
for an assault and Batery and Good behav.r
Thereupon John Jones of Kent County planter present here in Court
in his proper person Doth acknowledge himself Indebted unto the
Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in
the Sume of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be made
and Leveyd of his Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements Conditionally
that if he y.e same John Jones Shall not make his personal
appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the
County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the Same County
on the third Teusday of June next ensueing to answer unto an Indictment
found against him for an assault & Batery and if that in the
mean time he Shall not be of Good Behaviour wherewith the said
Jn.o Jones Doth Acknowledge himself to be Content                also

    John Wooddall and Humphry Younger both of Kent County
planters present here in Court in their proper persons do acknowledge
themselves Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this
province of Maryland in the Sume of five pounds Sterling money of
Great Brittain to be Levey'd of their Several Goods and Chattels Lands
and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs & Successors
Conditionally that if the afd John Jones Shall not make his personal
appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County
afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the Same County on the
third Teusday of June next Ensueing to Answer unto an Indictment
