admonished as afd also against Walter Freestone & Katherin Hopkins for
Cohabiting together after being admonished as afd  Thereupon the Court
ordered the Clk of Indictments for this County of Kent to Exhibit Informacons
against the afd persons

Ordered by the Court here that the afd Dominick
Kenslagh Enter into Recognizance with Good Security
for his appearance at next Court to Answer
unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lordships Behalf
and Good Behaviour and that the Sherf of Kent County keep the said
Dominick in Safe Custody untill he Shall Enter as afd

    Thereupon Dominick Kenslagh of Kent County planter present
here in Court in his proper person Doth Acknowledge himself
Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province
of Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterling money of
Great Brittain to be made and Leveyd of his Goods & Chattels Lands
and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors
Conditionally that ^if^ he the Same Dom.k Kenslagh Shall not make
his personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held
for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the Same
County on the third Teusday of June next Ensueing to Answer unto
what Shall be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and
if that in the mean time he Shall not be of Good Behaviour wherew.th
the s.d Dominick Kenslagh Doth Acknowledge himself to be Content
                                                also
    John Willson and Daniel Dullahuntey both of Kent County afd
present here in Court in their proper persons Do Acknowledge themselves
Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province
of Maryland &c.a in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling money of great
Brittain to be made and Leveyd of their Several Goods & Chattels
Lands and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and
Successors Conditionally that the afd Dominick Kenslagh Shall not
make his personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court
