if the afd John Jones Should not make his personal appearance before
our s.d Justices at the Court house in the Town of Chester in Kent County
at any time Dureing this Court Sitting to Answer unto what Should be
objected against him on his Lordships behalf and in the mean
time to be of Good Behaviour and Now at this Day to with the twenty Sixth
Day of Aprill Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty Six the
said John Jones haveing appeared y.e s.d John Austin his Recog.c
is Discharged

    Ordered by the Court here that the afd John Jones Enter into Recog.c
with Good Security for his appearance and Good Behaviour Dureing
this Court Sitting and that the Sher of Kent County keep him
y.e said John in Safe Custody untill he Shall Enter as afd

    The afd John Jones being Committed into the Sherfs Custody
for his appearance and Good Behaviour Dureing Court Sitting &
and now at this Day to wit the twenty Sixth Day of Aprill Anno
Dom. 1726 y.e s.d John haveing appeared ordered that he be
Discharged from s.d Comittment

    John Jones of Kent County Soyer at this Court as afd was Committed
into the Custody of the Sher of Kent County for his appear.ce
and Good Behaviour Dureing Court Sitting and now at this Day
to wit the twenty Sixth Day of Aprill Anno Dom. 1726 y.e s.d John
appearing and no person Shewing Cause to y.e Contrary he is
Discharged from his s.d Comittment

    M.r John Austin of Kent County Blacksmith Comes into
Court and Assume to pay all the Costs and officers fees that hath
accrued against y.e s.d John Jones this Court on the premisses afd

Thomas Winn Dated Feb.ry 24.th 1725 to Answer
