for his appearance at any time Dureing
this Court Sitting and Good Behaviour and now
the s.d John haveing appeared ordered that his Recog.c and his
Suretys Recognizance be Discharged

    John Jones of Kent County Soyer at this Court as afd Acknowledged
himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province
of Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterl to be Levey'd
&c.a Conditionally that if he Should not make his personal appear.ce
before our s.d Justices at the Court house in the Town of Chester in
Kent County ^at any time^ Dureing this Court Sitting to Answer unto what Should
be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and in the mean
time to be of Good Behaviour and now at this Day to wit the twenty
Sixth Day of Aprill Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty Six
y.e s.d John appearing his Recognizance is Discharged
