144                                March Court 1725

    Thereupon Robert Street of Kent County plasterer present
here in Court In his proper person Doth acknowledge himself
indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province
of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl money of great
Brittain to be Levey'd of his Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements
for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors
Conditionally that if he the Same Robert Street Shall not make his
personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be
held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester
in the Same County on the third Teusday of June next ensueing
to answer unto what Shall be Objected against him on his Lordships
behalf on Suspicion of abuseing an Orphan of s.d Coty
and if that in the mean time he Shall not be of Good Behav.r
wherewith y.e s.d Robert Street Doth Acknowledge himself to be
Content                                                            also

    Daniel Pearkins of Kent County planter present here in
Court in his proper person doth Acknowledge himself Indebted
unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of
Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain
to be made and Levey'd of his Goods and Chattels Lands and
Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs & Successors
