that if the afd William Collins Should not make her personal appear.ce
at the then next Court to be held for Kent County to answer unto what Should
be objected against him on his Lordships Behalf on Suspicion of felony
and if that in the mean time y.e s.d W.m Collins Should not be of Good
Behaviour and now at this Court to wit the fifteenth Day of March
Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty five y.e s.d Will.m Collins
haveing appeared the afd Joseph Everett and Robert Street their
Recognizances and Either of them is Discharged

    Joseph Everett of Kent County Carpenter before the afd Simon
Wilmer at the Day and year afd Acknowledged himself Indebted
unto the s.d Lord prop.ry in the Sume of five pounds Sterl money
to be Levey'd &c.a Conditionally that if he Should not Make his
personall appearance at the then next Court to be held for Kent
County as an Evidence against the afd W.m Collins and now at this
Court to wit the fifteenth Day of March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred
and twenty five y.e ^s.d^ Joseph haveing appeared his Recognizance
is Discharged

    John Young of Kent County Taylor before the afd Simon Wilmer
at the Day and year afd Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the s.d
Lord prop.ry in the Sume of five pounds Sterl money to be Levey'd &c.a
Conditionally that if he Should not make his personal appearance
at the then next Court to be held for Kent County as a prosecutor ag.st
the afd W.m Collins and now at this Court to wit the fifteenth Day
of March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty five the
s.d John haveing appeared his Recognizance is Discharged

    Robert Street of Kent County plasterer Comes into Court and
assumes to pay all the Costs and officers fees that ^hath^ Accrued on the
premisses afd
