    Samuel Slight of Kent County planter before the afd Simon
Wilmer at y.e Day and year afd Acknowledged himself Indebted
unto y.e Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of
ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be Levey'd &c.a Conditionally
that if he y.e s.d Samuel Slight Sen.r and Samuel Slight jun.r
Should not make their personal appearance before the Justices of our
then next Court to be held for Kent County to Testifie the truth of
their Knowledge Concerning of the afd W.m Toome Killing of the
afd Mare belonging to Sam.l Groome and now at this Court to wit
the fifteenth Day of March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and
twenty five y.e s.d y.e s.d Sam.l Slight Sen.r and Sam.l Slight Jun.r haveing
appeared y.e s.d Sam.l Slight Sen.r his Recognizance is Discharged

Collins Dated Feb.ry y.e 8.th 1725 to Answer unto
what Should Be objected against him on his
Lordships behalf and now at this Court the s.d William Collins haveing
appeared ordered that his Recognizance and his Suretys Recognizances
be Discharged

    William Collins of Kent County planter before the afd Simon
Wilmer at the Day and ^year afd^ Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the
Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of twenty
pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be Levey'd &c.a Conditionally
that if he the same W.m Collins Should not make his personal
appearance at the then next Court to be held for Kent County
to answer unto what Should be objected against him on his Lordships
behalf on Suspicion of felony and in the mean time to be of good
Behaviour and now at this Court to wit the fifteenth Day of March
Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty five y.e s.d William haveing
appeared his Recognizance is Discharged                                    also

    Joseph Everett and Robert Street both of Kent County before the afd
Simon Wilmer at the Day and year afd Acknowledged themselves
Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the
Sume of ten pounds Sterl Each to be Levey'd &c.a Conditionally
