at any time Dureing this Court Sitting & answer unto what shall be objected
against him on his Lordships behalf and in the mean time be of Good
Behaviour wherewith y.e s.d John Jones is Content                        also

    John Austin of Kent County Blacksmith present here in Court in his
proper person doth Acknowledge himself Indebted unto the Right
Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the
Sume of twenty pound Sterl money of Great Brittain to be made and
Levey'd of his Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of
the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if y.e
s.d John Jones Shall not make his personal appearance before our
said Justices at the Court house in the Town of Chester in s.d County
at any time Dureing this Court Sitting to Answer unto what Shall
be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and in the mean
time to be of Good Behaviour wherewith y.e said John Austin Doth
Acknowledge himself to be Content

this Court the s.d William haveing appeared ordered that his Suretys Recog.c
be Discharged

    William Keach of Kent County planter before the afd Simon Wilmer
acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of
Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain
to be Levey'd &c.a Conditionally that if William Toome of s.d Coty Minor
Should not make his personal appearance before the Justices of our
then next Court to be held for Kent County to answer unto what Should
be objected against him on his Lordships behalf for Killing a Young
Mare of y.e proper Goods of a Certain Sam.l Groome and in y.e Mean time
to be of good behaviour and now at this Court to wit y.e fifteenth Day of
March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty five y.e s.d W.m Toome
haveing appeared y.e s.d W.m Keach his Recognizance is Discharged
