John Jones of Kent County Soyer on y.e 10.th Day of Septemb.r Anno
Dom. 1725 before M.r Marmad.k Tilden and M.r W.m Frisby as afd
Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province
in the Sumes of ten pounds Curr.t money of Maryland to be Levey'd
&c.a Conditionally that if ^he^ Should not make his personal appear.ce
Before the Justices of our then next Court to be held for Kent
County to answer unto what Should be objected against him
on his Lordships behalf and now at this Court to wit the fifteenth
Day of March Anno Dom. 1725 the s.d John Jones appearing
his Recognizance is Discharged                                    also

    Thomas Sparman of Kent County afd planter on y.e Day &
year afd before the afd M.r Marmad.k Tilden & M.r W.m Frisby
Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province
in the Sume of ten pounds Curr.t money of Maryland to be
Leve'd &c.a Conditionally that if the afd John Jones Should not
make his personal appearance before the Justices of our then
next Court to be held for Kent County to Answer unto what Should
be objected against on his Lordships behalf and now at this Court
to wit the fifteenth Day of March Anno Dom. 1725 y.e s.d John
Jones appearing the s.d Tho.s Sparman his Recognizance is
Discharged

Enter into Recognizance with Good Security for his
appearance at any time Dureing Court Sitting to
Answer unto what Shall be objected against him on his Lordships
behalf and Good Behaviour and that the Sherf of Kent County
keep him y.e s.d John Jones in Safe Custody untill he shall Enter as afd

    Thereupon John Jones of Kent County Soyer present here in Court
in his proper person Doth Acknowledge himself Indebted unto the
Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the
Sume of twenty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be
made and Levey'd of his Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements
for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally
that if he y.e Same John Jones Shall not make his personal appear.ce
before our s.d Justices at y.e Court house in the Town of Chester in s.d County
