139 before our s.d Justices at the Court house in the Town of Chester At any time Dureing Court Sitting to Answer to an Indictment for fornication and if that in the mean Time She Shold not be of Good Behaviour and now at this Day to wit the fifteenth Day of March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty five the s.d Elizabeth Jones haveing appeared to the Indictment afd for Recognizance is Discharged Robert Brown and Thomas Massey both of Kent County planters at this Court acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province in the Sume of five pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain Each to be Levey'd &c.a Conditionally that if the afd Elizabeth Jones Should not make her personal appearance before our s.d Justices at the Court house in the Town of Chester at any time Dureing Court Sitting to Answer to an Indictment for fornication and if that in the mean time She the Same Elizabeth Should not be of Good Behaviour and now at this Day to wit the fifteenth Day of March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty five y.e s.d Elizabeth Jones haveing app.rd to the Indictment afd the s.d John Brown and Tho.s Massey their Recognizances and Either of them is Discharged Ordered by the Court here y.t the Sher of Kent County keep the said Elizabeth Jones in Safe Custody untill She Shall Satisfie y.e Costs and Charges in y.e Judgment afd amounting to y.e Sume of three hundred and Seventy ^two^ pounds of Tobacco Ordered by the Court here that a Summons Issue for Elizabeth Alford as an Evid.c to y.e Grand Jury w.ch is accordingly Done
