    Ordered by the Court here that the afd Katherin Shaw her Recog.c
and her Suretys Recogniz.c be Discharged She haveing appeared
to the Indictment in her Recog.c afd mentioned

    Katherin Shaw of Kent County Spinster at this Court acknowledged
her Self Indebted ^unto y.e Lord prop.ry of this province^ in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl to be Leveyd &c.a
Conditionally that if She Should not make her personall appearance
^before our s.d Justices^ at any time this Court to answer to an Indictment for fornication &
if that in the mean time She Should not be of Good Behaviour and now
at this Day to wit y.e fifteenth Day of March Anno Dom. Seventeen
hundred and twenty five y.e s.d Katherin haveing appeared to the afd
Indictment her Recognizance is Discharged

    Abraham Redgrave of Kent County Gentl at this Court Acknowledg'd
himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province in the Sume
of ten pounds Sterling to be Levey'd &c.a Conditionally that if y.e afd
Katherin Shaw Should not make her personal appearance Before our
s.d Justices at any time this Court to Answer to an Indictment for fornication
and if that in the mean time y.e s.d Katherin should not be of Good behav.r
and now at this Day to wit y.e fifteenth Day of March Anno Dom.

pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be Levey of her Goods and
Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his
heirs and Successors Conditionally that if She Shall not make
