    Ordered by the Court here at this Day to wit the Day & year last mentioned
that the s.d Katherin prove the Begetter of her Child who Declares
on the holy Evangilist of Almighty God that Tho.s Simson is y.e begetter
of the last Base born Child shew as Delivered off

    The afd Katherin Shaw Comes into Court in her proper person
and Assumes to keep the County Clear from all Charge & Damages
that may Accrue by Reason of her Child as in the Judgment
afd mentioned

    Ordered by the Court here that the afd Katherin Shaw give Security
for her fine and fees in the Judgment afd

    Thereupon M.r Abraham Redgrave of Kent County Comes into
Court and Says that he will pay the fine and fees in the Judgment
afd and thereupon the s.d Katherin Shaw is therefrom accquitted

    Ordered by the Court here that the afd Katherin Shaw Enter
into Recognizance with Good Security for her appearance dureing
Court Sitting

    Thereupon Katherin Shaw of Kent County Spinster Acknowledges her
self Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province
of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling money of Great
Brittain to be Levey of her Goods and Chattels Lands & Tenements
Conditionally that if She Shall not Make her personal
appearance here at any time Dureing this Court Sitting to Answ^er^
to an Indictment found against her for fornication and if that
in the mean time She Shall not be of Good Behaviour wherewith
the s.d Kath.a Shaw Doth acknowledge her Self Content        allso

    Abraham Redgrave of Kent County Gentl acknowledges himself
Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland
in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be
Leveyd of his Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements Conditionally
