at the publick Whipping post Nine lashes well laid on her bare back
till the blood appears as a punishment for her afd Crime of Comitting
fornication as also that She pay the Sume of three hundred and two
pounds of Tobacco Costs Accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers
of this Court

    Ordered by the Court here at this Day to wit the Day & year last
mentioned that the Sherf of Kent County take the afd Elizabeth
Paskell into his Custody and Execute the Lashes for the Judgment
afd Specified and afterwards bring her into Court again of
which s.d precept the s.d Sher to wit Fred.k Hanson Gent high
Sherf of Kent County makes Return on the Day and year last
Said that he hath Executed the s.d Judgment and also hath here
the s.d Eliz.a Paskell before the Court

    Ordered by the Court ^here y.t^ the afd Elizabeth Paskell prove the begett.r
of her Child who Declares on the holy Evangilist of Almighty
God that M.r John Evans is the Father of the Child In the
Indictment afd mentioned

    Ordered that the Sherf of Kent County take y.e afd Eliz.a Paskell into his
Custody for her appear.c & Good Good Behav.r Dureing Co.rt Sitting

    The s.d Elizabeth Paskell be Comitted unto y.e Sherfs Custody for her ap.rc
