Seventeen hundred and twenty five the s.d Abraham appears and
thereupon the s.d Francis Read & Benjamin Griffith their Recogniz.ces
and either of them is Discharged

 A writt haveing Issued against the s.d Elizabeth
Paskell at his Lordships Suit to Answer to an
Indictment for fornication The Sher of Kent
County to whome the Same writt was Directed
makes Return thereof to this Court here on the third Teusday of March
being the fifteenth Day of said Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred
and twenty five the Day of return of ^s.d^ writt Endorst as foll.s viz.t
                            Non Est Inventus p Fred.k Hanson Sher

    Kent County fs.t The Jurors for the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry that
now is for the body of Kent County afd upon their oath Do present that
Elizabeth Passkell late of S.t pauls parish in the County afd Spinster
the first Day of Aprill Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty
five at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction of
this Court Did Commit fornication with a Certain person to the Jurors
afd unknown and Did permit the Same unknown person then and
there to have Carnal knowledge of her Body and to begett then and
there a bastard Child on the body of her the Same Elizabeth Paskell
to the high Displeasure of almighty God to the Evill Example of all
others in Such Case offending Contrary to the peace of the s.d Lord prop.ry
that now is his Good Rule and Government and against the form of
the Act of Assembly in Such Case made and provided &c

on the back of y.e preceeding Indictment was as foll.s viz.t
                        a true bill by W.m Crowe foreman

    And the afd Elizabeth Paskell in her proper person Comes and Saith that
She Cannot gainsay the Indictment afd so as afd against her brought now
but that She is Guilty of the premisses above upon her Imposed as by the
afd Indictment it is alledged and thereupon Submits to the Court

    Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here to wit at the Court house in
the Town of Chester in s.d County this fifteenth Day of March Anno
Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty five that the s.d Elizabeth ^Paskell^ Receive
