130                                    March Court 1725

at last Court Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of
the province in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling Each to be Levey'd &c.a
Conditionally that if the s.d Peter Massey Should not make his
personal appearance at the then next Court ^to be held for Kent Coty^ to Answer unto what
Should be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and if
that in the mean time he Should not be of good Behaviour and
now at this Court to wit the fifteenth Day of March Anno Dom.
Seventeen hundred and twenty five the s.d Peter Massey appears
and thereupon the s.d Thomas Winn and Thomas Massey their
Recognizances and Either of them is Discharged

into Recognizance at last Court for his appear.c
to this Court to Answer unto what Should be objected
against him on his Lordships behalf and
now at this Court the s.d Abra.m haveing appeared ordered that his Recognizance
and his Suretys Recognizances be Discharged

    Abraham Ashley of Kent County planter at last Court Acknowledged
himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of his province in the Sume of
forty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be Levey'd &c.a Conditionally
that if he Should not make his personal appearance at the
then next Court to be held for Kent County to answer unto what Should
be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and if that in the
mean time he Should not be of Good Behaviour and now at this Court
to wit the fifteenth Day of March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred
and twenty five the s.d Abraham Appears and thereupon his Recognizance
is Discharged

    Francis Read and Benjamin Griffith both of Kent County planters
at last Court Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this
province in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterling Each to be Levey'd &c.a
Conditionally that if the s.d Abraham Asshley Should not make his
personal appearance at the then next Court to be held for Kent Coty
to answer unto what Should be objected against him on his Lordships
behalf and if that in the mean time he Should not be of Good behav.r
and now at this Court to wit the fifteenth Day of March Anno Dom.
