Seventeen hundred and twenty five that the afd Daniel Pearkins pay ^to y.e Lord prop.ry of this province^ the Sume of one hundred pounds of Tobacco as a fine for his afd offence of killing the afd Mare as above in the Indictment mentioned as allso the Sume of four hundred and twenty one pounds of Tob.o Costs Accrueing on the Indictment afd to the officers of this Court Jam.s Smith Clk M.r Fred.k Hanson High Sher of Kent County Comes into Court in his proper person and assumes to pay the fine and fees in the Judgment afd mentioned and thereupon y.e s.d Daniel Pearkins is therefrom acquitted
be Discharged Peter Massey of Kent County planter at last Court Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterling to be Levey'd &c.a Conditionally that if he Should not make his personal appearance Att the next Court to be held for K.t County to answer unto what Should be objected against him on his Lordships behalf and if in the mean time he Should not be of Good Behaviour and now at this Court to wit the fifteenth Day of March Anno Dom.
