November Court 1725 if that in the mean time he Should not be of good Behaviour and now at this Court the s.d Patrick appears And thereupon his Recog.c is Discharged The Grand Jury Returns and Delivers to the Court the following presentments which they are willing Should be altered not touching matter of Substance which are his Lordship against W.m Mackey for an assault Henry Gordon for an assault and Eliz.a Paskell for fornication M.r Michael Miller Delivers up to this Court a Certain Margaret Murray who being formerly Convicted of haveing a Mollatoe Child was adjudged to Serve Seven Years the Justices do Sell the s.d Margaret Murray for the Space of Six years and Seven Months being the Remaining part of her time She was to Serve to Henry Cully for which the s.d Henry promises to pay the Sherf for the use of the County two thousand five hundred pounds of Tob.o a four fould fee The Court adjorns till To Morrow Morning at Eight of y.e Clock
