    Thomas Winn of Kent County planter haveing offered Indeacent
Language in open Court to M.r Abraham Redgrave one of the Justices this Coty
Whereupon it is adjudged by the Justices here this Seventeenth Day
of November Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty five that the afd
Thomas Winn pay the Sume of one hundred pounds of Tobacco as a fine
for his afd offence of useing Indeacent Language towards the afd Abra.m
Redgrave one of the Justices of this Court while Doing his office

    Ordered that the Sherf of Kent County keep the afd Thomas Winn in Safe
Custody untill he Shall Satisfie the fine afd and the Sume of one hundred &
one pounds of Tob.o Costs accrueing on y.e pmisses to y.e officers of this Court

    Cap.t Thomas Westcoat George Puckford and Edward Carrol Sworn and Sent as
Evidences to the Grand Jury
