of feloniously Stealing two young Hoggs y.e proper goods of him the afd Jeremiah
and now at this Court y.e s.d Jeremiah appears and thereupon his Recognizance
is Discharged

    Jeremiah Covinton prosecutor as afd Comes into Court and Relinquishes
the four fould amounting to forth Shill.s Curr.t money of Maryland

    Ordered by the Court here that the Sherf of Kent County keep the afd
Andrew Macguyer in Safe Custody untill he Shall Satisfie the Costs in the
Judgment afd Amounting to five hundred and thirty three pounds of Tob.o
accrueing on the premisses afd to the officers of this Court

    Ordered that a Sumons Issue for James Thornton Nehemiah Powell
and Richard Kennard as Evidences for his Lordship to y.e Grand Jury which
is accordingly Issued

    John Stephens Sworn and Sent as an Evidence to the Grand Jury

    The Grand Jury Returns and Delivers to the Court the following presentm.t
which they are willing Should be Altered not touching Matter of Substance which
are his Lordships against Sarah Sellwood for fornication against Elizabeth
Jones for fornication and against Patrick Fitzgerald for ^an^ Assault
