afterwards he receive at the publick whipping post ten lashes well laid on his
bare back till the blood appears as a punishment for his afd Crime of feloniously
Stealing the afd two hoggs in form afd Confest also it is Considered that the
said Andrew Macguyer pay the Sume of five hundred and thirty three
pounds of Tobacco Costs accrueing on the premisses to the officers of this
Court

    Ordered by the Court here at this Day and year last mentioned
that the Sherf of Kent County take the afd Andrew Macguyer into his Custody &
Execute the punishment in the Judgment afd Specified and afterwards to bring
him into Court again of which precept the s.d Sherf to wit Fred.k Hanson Gent
high Sherf of Kent County make Return on the Day and year last said that he
hath Executed the Judgment and also that he hath here the s.d Andrew Macguyer
before the Court

    M.r Simon Wilmer and M.r Thomas Ringgold two of the Justices of this
Court Returns Recognizance Dated Septemb.r 27.th 1725 against the s.d Andrew
Macguyer for feloniously Stealing two young Hoggs to which the s.d Andrew
appears & ordered that his Recognizance and his Suretys Recognizance be Disch.d

    Andrew Macguyer of Kent County planter the Day and year last
mentioned before the afd Simon Wilmer and Thomas Ringgold Acknowledged
himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province in the Sume of
twenty pounds Sterl to be Leveyed &c.a Conditionally that if he Should not
appear at this Court to Answer unto what Should be objected against him
on Suspicion of feloniously Stealing two young Hoggs and if that in the
mean time he Should not be of good behaviour and now at this Court the
said Andrew appears and thereupon his Recognizance is Discharged

    Arthur Foreman and Jeremiah Covinton both of Kent County planters
at the Same 27.th Day of Septemb.r Anno Dom. 1725 before the afd Simon
Wilmer and Thomas Ringgold acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the
Lord prop.ry of this province in the Sume ten pounds Sterl Each to be Leveyed
&c.a Conditionally that if the afd Andrew Macguyer Should not appear at
this Court to Answer unto what Should be objected against him on Suspicion
of feloniously Stealing two young Hoggs and if that in the mean time
he Should not be of good Behaviour and now at this Court the s.d Andrew
appears and thereupon y.e afd The afd Arthur Foreman and Jeremiah
Covinton are Discharged from their Recognizances afd

    Jeremiah Covinton at the Same time afd before the afd Simon
Wilmer and Thomas Ringgold Entered into Recognizance in the Sume of
ten pounds Sterl to be Leveyed &c.a Condtionally that if he Should not appear
at this Court as a prosecutor against the afd Andrew Macguyer on Suspicion
