108                                    November Court 1725

money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of their Several goods
and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of the said Lord prop.ry
his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Sarah Manning
Should not make her personal appearance before the Justices of the then
next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of
Chester in the Same County to Answer unto an Indictment found against
her for felony and if that in the mean time She Should not be of good
behaviour and now at this Court to wit the Sixteenth Day of November
Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty five the said Sarah haveing
appeared their Recognizances & Either of them is Discharged

    Ordered by the Court here that the afd Sarah Manning Enter into Recognizance
with good Security for her appearance at next Court to Answer to An Indictment
found against her for felony and Good Behaviour

    Thereupon Sarah Manning of Kent County Spinster present here in
Court in her proper person doth acknowledge herself Indebted unto the Right
Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of
twenty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed
of her Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of the said Lord
prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if She the Same
Sarah Shall not make her personal appearance before the Justices of
the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of
Chester in the Same County on the third Teusday of March next ensueing
to answer unto an Indictment found against her for felony and if that in
the mean time She Shall not be of good Behaviour wherewith the s.d Sarah
Manning Doth Acknowledge herself to be Content                also

    Samuel Berry and Charles Neal both of Kent County planters present
here in Court in their proper persons do acknowledge themselves Indebted
unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in
the Sume of ten pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be made and
Leveyed of their Severall Goods Chattels Lands and Tenements for
the use of the said Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally
that if the afd Sarah Manning Shall not make her personal appearance
before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house
in the Town of Chester in the Same County on the Third Teusday of March
next ensueing to Answer unto an Indictment found against her for felony
and if that in the mean time She the Same Sarah Shall not be of good behaviour
wherewith the Same Samuel Berry and Charles Neal are Content
