himself Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province
of Maryland in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain
to be made and Leveyed of his Goods and Chattels lands and Tenements for
the use of the said Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that
if he the same Bowles Green Should not make his personal appearance before
the Justices of the then next Court to be held for the County afd at the ^Court house in the^ Town
of Chester to answer unto the Indictment afd and if that in the mean time
he Should not be of good Behaviour and now at this Court to wit the Sixteenth
Day of November Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and thirty five the
said Bowles Green haveing appeared his Recognizance is Discharged

    Robert Green and Daniel Fling both of Kent County planters at last
Court acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Right Honourable the Lord
prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling
money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of their Several Goods and
Chattels lands and Tenements for the use of the said Lord prop.ry his heirs &
Successors Conditionally that if the Same Bowles Green Should not make
his personal appearance before the Justices of the then next Court to be
held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester to answer
unto the Indictment afd and if that in the mean time he the Same Bowles
Should not be of Good Behaviour and now at this to wit the Sixteenth Day
of November Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty five the said
Bowles Green haveing appeared their Recognizances and Either of them
is Discharged

    Ordered by the Court house that the Sherrf of Kent County keep the said Bowles
Green in Safe Custody untill he ^Shall^ Satisfie the Sume of Nine hundred and fifty
nine pounds of Tobacco Costs accrueing on the Indictment afd to the officers
of this Court
