Gilmore, of the city of Baltimore, and David S. Barnum,
of said city, be, and the same is hereby declared null and
void, and that the said Sarah and David be, and they are
hereby declared to be divorced, a vinculo matrimoniii .

An act to repeal part of an act, passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and twenty eight, chapter twenty-one.

Passed Feb. 18,1833

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the seventh section of an act, passed at
December session, eighteen hundred and twenty-eight,
chapter twenty-one, be, and the same is, hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the clerk to the com-
missioners for Anne Arundel county, shall be entitled to,
and receive as a compensation for his services, such sum
annually, as the said commissioners may direct, not ex-
ceeding the sum of three hundred dollars, to be levied on
the assessable property of said county, collected and paid
over as other county charges.

CHAPTER 77.


An act to provide for the completion of the records in the
office of the Register of Hills of Prince Georges county.

Passed Feb.13,1833

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Levy Court of Prince Georges county be, and
they are hereby authorised and directed, to levy upon the
taxable property of said county, such sum or sums of mo-
ney as may, in the discretion and judgment of the Orphans
Court of that county, be considered a fair and just com-
pensation to the Register of Wills thereof, for filing away,
making up, and recording such papers and documents in

his office, as remained unrecorded at the time of his ap-
pointment, and as are by law required to be placed on file
and recorded; Provided, nevertheless, that nothing herein
contained shall be construed to relieve or invalidate any
bond or securityship now existing and responsible for the
official performance of the former incumbent, and that the
Levy Court of Prince Georges County, if they consider, it
expedient. shall cause suit to be brought unon such bond, or
