RESOLUTIONS.

No. 13.

Passed Feb.12, 1833

Resolution requiring the Treasurer of the Western Shore to
pay to his Excellency, the Governor, the sum of money
therein mentioned.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore, pay unto his Excel-
lency, the Governor, or his order, for the purpose of pur-
chasing furniture for the government house the sum of one
thousand dollars, out of any unappropriated money in the
treasury.

Passed Feb'y 12

Resolution authorising the Register of the Land Office to
issue a patent to Elisha Wright, on two certificates of
Resurvey.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Register of the Land Office for the Western Shore, be, and
he is hereby authorised and directed to issue a patent or pa-
tents, in the name of Elisha Wright, on two certificates of
Resurvey, one on a tract of land called "Wright's Chance,"
containing six acres of land, the other called "North Divi-
sion," containing two hundred and seventy acres, and three
quarters of an acre of land, which was resurveyed for Ja-
cob Wright, March sixteenth, seventeen hundred and eigh-
ty-four; provided, that the said Register shall be first satis-
fied that all the caution money, and other dues have been
paid prior to the issuing of said patent or patents.

Resolution in favour of John Hutchinson, of Dorchester

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore, pay to John Hutchin-
son, of Dorchester county, or to his order, the sum of thirty
dollars, being the amount of a fine remitted by the Gov-
ernor, on the thirtieth day of May, eighteen hundred and
