No. 10.
Resolution in favour of James Wats, of Dorchester county,
a Soldier of the Revolutionary War.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore, pay to James Wats,
of Dorchester county, or to his order, during life, in quarter
yearly payments, a sum of money equal to the half pay of a
private, in consideration of the services rendered by him
during the Revolutionary War.

Resolution relative to issuing a Commission to the Honor-
able Joseph Kent.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Governor be, and he is hereby requested to issue a
Commission, in the usual form, to the honorable Joseph
Kent, as a Senator, to represent this State, in the Congress
of the United States, for six years, from the third day of
March next.

Resolution in favour of Levin Willin, senior, of Somerset
county, a Soldier of the Revolutionary War.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore, pay out of any unap-
propriated money in the treasury, to Levin Willin, senior,
of Somerset county, a soldier of the revolutionary war, or
to his order, during life, in quarter yearly payments, a sum
of money equal to the half pay of a private, in consideration
of the services rendered by him during the war of the revo-
lution.
