An act supplemental to an act, passed at December session,
eighteen handled and thirty two, entitled, an act to repeal
an act entitled an act to abolish Imprisonment for Debt
on cei tain judgments rendered by Justices of the Peace,
passed at December session, eighteen hundred and thirty,
chapter one hundred and fifty five

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That nothing contained in the act, to which this is a sup
plement, shall be construed to extend to judgments obtain
ed before the twentieth day of March, eighteen hundred
and thirty three

An act for the Payment of the Journal of Accounts

Passed Mar 23 1833

WHEREAS, it appears by the Journal of Accounts of
this session, that there is due from tins State, the sum
of forty three thousand three hundred and twenty four dol-
lars and eighty one and one iourth cents, current money,

Preamble

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Treasurer of the Western Shore be and he is
hereby authorised and required, to pay to the several per-
sons their executors, administrators, assigns or orders, or
to such of them as shall offer to receive the sime, the sev
eral sums of money allowed to them respectively, as they
appear to be settled and ascertained by the said journal of
accounts, out of any money now in the treasury, subject
to appropriation by the General Assembly
