Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That the said board of com-
missioners be, and they are hereby authorized to require of
the board of commissioners of the school fund for Queen
Anne's county, existing previously to this act, to deliver to
them all books and papers relating to the business and
transactions of said board, and to pay over to them what-
ever portion of the school fund may be in their hands, as
well as to transfer to them whatever funds may have been

invested by them; and that the Treasurer of the Western
Shore be authorized to pay annually to the board of com-
missioners created by this act, such sum or sums as he has
heretofore been required to pay to the commissioners of the
school fund, existing prior to the passage of this act, for
the purpose of education in said county.

Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That if the aforesaid board of
commissioners shall fail to report annually to the Legisla-
ture, as required by the act to which this is supplement, the
Treasurer of the Western Shore is hereby directed to sus-
pend the payment of the sums mentioned in the third sec-
tion of this act, until such report shall be made.
Sec. 5. And be it enacted, That all acts, or parts of acts,
which are inconsistent with or repugnant to this act, be, and
they are hereby repealed.

An act to provide for an alteration in the Constitution, so at
to make certain altertions and changes in several election
districts, in Allegany county.

Passed Mar. 16, 1833

WHEREAS, it is represented to this General Assembly,
by the petition of sundry citizens of Allegany county, that
their convenience would be greatly subserved, by certain
alterations and changes, being made in several of the elec-
tion districts of said county— Therefore,

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma-
ryland, That so much of the constitution of this state, as
relates to the division of Allegany county, into election
districts, be, and the same is hereby altered and amended,
